1. General provisions

These terms define the rules for using the Seez platform — a digital menu and ordering system for restaurants.

2. Definitions

Service provider — Honeybit, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland (NIP: 5532584553, REGON: 525464842), operating under the brand name Seez. User — a person using the platform. Restaurant — an entity using Seez services to handle orders.

3. Scope of services

Seez provides a platform enabling restaurants to create digital menus, generate QR codes, accept online orders, and manage the order fulfillment process.

4. Terms of use

Using the platform requires account creation by the Seez team after initial contact. Users agree to provide accurate data and use the platform in accordance with its purpose.

5. Payments and pricing

Fees for using the platform are charged as a monthly subscription plus a commission on each order. The first month is free. All prices are net amounts.

6. Liability

Seez makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation but is not liable for disruptions caused by factors beyond the Service Provider's control.
