What restaurant owners usually ask us before getting started.

Do customers need to install an app?
No. The menu opens in the phone's browser after scanning the QR code. No download, no registration — it just works.
Does Seez replace my cash register or POS?
No. Seez handles online ordering and payments. Orders appear on your Seez dashboard, and you transfer them to your existing POS. Receipts are issued through your cash register as usual.
What about the commission — how much is it really?
It's 1% per order. At 10,000 PLN monthly sales, that's about 100 PLN.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are handled by PayU — available methods include BLIK, credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
